How long does grazing table setup take?
Grazing table setup time varies, depending on the size of the grazing table you’ve booked. Smaller grazing tables may take anything from an hour to 1.5 hours whereas larger grazing tables might take 2 hours or more if it’s for over 120 guests.
-
How does delivery and setup work?
I arrive at your event location prior to guests arriving. All you need to supply is the table and a suitable area with a working sink, such as a kitchen. Once i’ve completed the setup of your grazing table guests will arrive and I will leave the event.
For Flat Lay grazing tables - I do not return to your event, as there are no props to collect. You can simply roll up your graze and dispose. Underneath your graze is thick butchers paper.
For La Vie En Fromage grazing tables - I will organise a time to collect my props from. I do not provide a pack down or cleaning up service and props are expected to be wiped cleaned and undamaged for collection. The tablecloth must be undamaged or stained also. Washable markings are expected but red wine or other stains on the tablecloth will result in a replacement fee. Most of my tablecloths have been custom made.
-
Can I customize my grazing table order?
For Flat Lay grazing tables we can accommodate minimal customizations. A few changes here and there might be possible but the flat lay graze is its own set package. Which is why we can keep the price low and affordable. For our La Vie En Fromage range, this s completely customizable and tailored to your tastes.
-
How long is grazing table food safe/lasting for?
After setup:
2 hours at room temperature
2 - 4 hours food is still safe to eat but must be eaten immediately (cannot be refrigerated again)
4 hours food must be thrown away

How far in advance do you need to book for a grazing table?
We can accommodate even last minute bookings providing we have your date available in our calendar. The more notice we are given - the more likely we are to be available. Once your deposit is paid, your event is marked as confirmed in our calendar. This ensures that date is reserved just for you.
-
What is the cost of prop hire for your La Vie En Fromage grazing table?
We don’t charge a prop hire for this grazing table option, only a prop collection fee of $100.
A $300 refundable deposit is required for La Vie En Fromage which is returned to you in full, on the basis that all props are accounted for (we will provide you with an online checklist), are undamaged and clean.
Damaged goods will be deducted according to the price of the item. Most of our props are handmade by Bridget Bodenham and our tablecloths are also handmade by a local seamstress.
A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if items have not been wiped down.
-
What is the cancellation policy for grazing tables?
We have a fairly strict cancellation policy in place. We do not issue refunds of any kind. Once your deposit is paid, we reserve your date in our calendar just for you, turning away other customers that might want your date. Therefore, rescheduling your event makes us lose business. Rescheduling an event forfeits your deposit. Cancelling an event forfeits all monies paid.
