How It All Began

Melbourne Grazing started as a small dream on our family’s little homestead in Central Victoria. Surrounded by our animals and country life, I wanted to build something creative that also felt meaningful, something I genuinely loved doing. After leaving my job, I followed my passion for food and styling, and that’s how Melbourne Grazing was born.

I grew up in rural Devon, UK, where my grandparents often hosted wine circle gatherings in their tiny village. Each month, a different home would open its doors, and everyone brought a bottle of wine and a plate to share. Cheese was always at the centre of the table. My grandparents often travelled to France and came home with unusual varieties I’d never seen before — that’s where my love of cheese began. Those memories of full tables, laughter, and the excitement of discovering new flavours are what inspired me to start a grazing business that celebrates connection through food.

From Fashion to Food Styling

Before launching Melbourne Grazing, I studied and worked in fashion styling in London. That experience gave me an eye for composition, colour, and detail — qualities that now shape every grazing platter Melbourne event we create. Styling food is, in many ways, just like styling fashion: it’s about balance, texture, and creating something that feels effortless but looks stunning.

At Melbourne Grazing, every table is designed with care — no two are ever the same. Whether it’s a wedding, a corporate event, or a private gathering, we tailor each grazing table to suit the mood, theme, and season.

What We Do

Our team has catered for major events and brands across Melbourne, including Google, Amazon, Rolex, BMW, Hugo Boss, and New Balance, as well as Australian icons like Cricket Australia, AFL, and Medibank. From large-scale corporate functions to intimate celebrations, we bring together fresh local produce, artisan cheeses, and thoughtful styling to create a display that’s both beautiful and delicious.

Although we’re based in Central Victoria, the majority of our work is right here in Melbourne — designing grazing tables that stand out and make a lasting impression.

Beyond Melbourne

For those in regional areas, we also offer bespoke grazing tables through our sister company, Daylesford Grazing Catering, covering Ballarat, Bendigo, Daylesford, and surrounding Central Victorian towns.
